Full time, based in Woburn, Massachusetts, USA. 

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, our Digital Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of Rize’s digital marketing strategy that is aligned and integrated with the overall sales and marketing strategy. This role will work within the Marketing Team to develop and implement programmatic display marketing, social media, organic and paid search and will develop, interpret and present web metric-based data to quantify the value of these activities. Additionally, other duties may be assigned. 

The ideal candidate will be someone who can quickly grow a targeted pipeline for company’s internal sales representatives and its reselling partners using a combination of traditional and innovative strategies and tactics, thrives in a performance-based job where they can directly see their impact on the bottom line, a team player willing to lend a hand wherever is needed to help the team accomplish their goals.


  • -Develop, implement and manage inbound lead generation initiatives and devise inbound campaigns to continue growing our website traffic
  • -Proactively identify areas of opportunity including but not limited to bid, budget, placement, keyword, ad copy, and/or audience adjustments
  • -Closely monitor spend to ensure accounts are pacing properly based on predetermined budgets and flighting
  • -Report and analyze campaign results and ad hoc data requests and make necessary program adjustments
  • -Implement and proactively Q/A tracking pixels and tags to ensure data accuracy
  • -Optimize the landing page experience through the development of A/B tests, multivariate tests and content optimization
  • -Conduct keyword and competitor research to inform both our paid search and SEO strategy
  • -Develop, implement and manage the SEO program to ensure that inbound traffic and inbound leads continue to grow year-over-year
  • -Analyze and optimize the Rize website and identify opportunities for growth; implement those changes
  • -Collaborate with copywriters to develop new content topics in support of organic keyword visibility
  • -Work with content development team to ensure correct implementation of SEO recommendations and to understand areas of improvement
  • -Develop and monitor Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search Dashboard
  • -Ensure web page optimization best practices. Implementation title and meta tags, copy modifications, URL redirects, link cardinality, 404 errors, file, etc.
  • -Monitor and report on organic rankings and traffic while identifying areas of further opportunity
  • -Demonstrate thought leadership by monitoring industry trends and applying best practices across our accounts
  • -Perform routine Website content updates

Required Skills and Expertise

  • -5+ years’ experience in, and strong knowledge of, all digital marketing disciplines, including Programmatic Display, SEM, SEO, Social Media, Retargeting and Marketing Automation
  • -Experience in B-2-B tech preferred, but not required
  • -Ability to understand and interpret web metric-based data
  • -Certification in Google Adwords
  • -Experience in using Google Adwords, Bing Adcenter, DoubleClick Campaign Manager/Bid Manager, Facebook advertising, LinkedIn Advertising
  • -Paid social campaign experience (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • -Experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • -Experience setting up and using marketing automation
  • -Website best practices
